Isonomic have worked with the Spark NEL project since 2023 on a long term project to transform the induction program for workers.  We have designed and delivered multiple immersive video experiences, that were aimed at taking large chunks of complex information and transforming them into high fidelity 3D videos.

The experiences range from employee engagement for Safety; to a complex Hazards Video which looks to change behaviours on site using a 3 layered approach to the design.   We also developed and delivered an induction video that takes uses above and below ground in life like 3D so they can understand the project at a macro and micro level.

Each video product requires alignment to risk assessments, protocols, PPE, procedures, processes and plant operation to ensure it replicates the worksite environment. 

These high fidelity videos are perfect for engagement tool for large audience groups, and where training needs to be rolled out across multiple years and groups.   Spark NEL have asked Isonomic to deliver multiple video projects due to the high quality and quick delivery turnaround.

Isonomic worked on a range of digital products for a  transformation of the Diploma of Nursing as part of a funded project with the Victorian Skills Authority.   One of the key digital projects was a series of talking head videos and immersive e-learning experiences.

The Talking Heads videos are a way of chunking complex information into short presenter based videos – for these particular ones Isonomic shot an actor on green screen and used a mixed media approach to compose 3D elements that helped tell the story and embed knowledge.

For the 3 E-learns Isonomic designed the content with internal SME’s, including Bachelor Teachers, learning materials and external sites (regulators and nursing standards) to create 3 experiences with new branding, characters to enable recall and test learners knowledge progressively through the experiences.

Isonomic also filmed several simulation experiences to be consumed in an online environment in conjunction with the simulation team.   This enabled these to be used as vignettes in multiple ways by teaching staff.

Isonomic in conjunction with Orbit VFX designed a recruitment video to attract users to working and relocating to Sydney for a large scale infrastructure project.
